Alsace Wines

Our “Histoire d’amour” with Alsace wines began in 2008. For many years now, I – Daniela – have had the pleasure of supporting and promoting this wine region in Germany and Switzerland. What initially started as a project during my agency days soon became a true passion. Since 2014, I’ve been working independently as a PR consultant for the Alsace Wine Board (Comité Interprofessionnel des Vins d’Alsace, CIVA), in close coordination with the lead agency.

Our goal is to enhance the awareness and image of Alsace wines among German wine professionals and consumers through consistent and targeted media relations. This includes press releases, trade articles, social media content and direct contact with journalists. We organise press and sommelier trips to Alsace, accompany trade fair appearances – such as at ProWein – and support the implementation of tasting events. We also develop communication materials like advertisements, tasting notes, roll-ups, online banners and more.

In doing so, we spark enthusiasm for a small but impressively diverse wine region – shaped by tradition, innovation and an exceptional variety of terroirs. And all of this just a stone’s throw from Germany. No wonder we love to visit Alsace ourselves!

Whether it’s sparkling Crémant d’Alsace or characterful still wines – this region has so much to offer. Especially exciting: Alsace has the highest proportion of organically cultivated vineyards of all French AOP wine regions. We love that – and we love sharing the story!
